*After hours are from 5:30 pm to 7 pm Monday through Friday and 5:00 pm to 7 pm on Weekends and Holidays. The after hours charge does not apply to overnight visits.
** We are available on select holidays. Those holidays will be posted and each service provided on that day will be assessed the holiday fee.**
We are off on weekends. If you want to schedule an individual walk over the weekend, you will need to contact your pet sitter directly to see if they are available. If they are, then your visit will be placed on the schedule. This does not apply to a series of services that's scheduled over multiple days that happen to fall on the weekend.
While we always try our best to accommodate a last-minute request, it's best to schedule ahead of time to ensure we can serve your needs!
In the event we do fulfill a last-minute request, there will be a $10.00 last-minute fee. Appointments scheduled within 8 hours of the requested time will be considered last minute.
Billing for services ends each week on Sunday. Payment methods that are stored on the Time to Pet app will be processed the following Monday.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please feel free to do so. Sometimes cancelling on short notice is necessary. Please try and cancel within 30 mins. of the appointment, otherwise there will be an automatic $10.00 cancellation fee.
While accidents do happen sometimes, there may be an occasion when we arrive at your home to walk your dog and they've had an accident in the home from being ill. Besides being pretty messy, it can sometimes require a time-consuming cleaning job, which can end up being problematic for the rest of the day's schedule. In the event an accident does occur and requires a major cleanup, I have established the following procedure:
You will be notified with the details of the incident along with photos. You'll have the option of paying the cleaning fee which is billed in 15-minute increments at $7.50.
If you choose to use another source for the cleanup, please let us know and we will make sure the pet is cleaned up and placed in a secure location per your instructions.
